Greater than 150 “Bowl” dogs from 31 shelters in 15 states might be up for adoption this weekend, together with some seniors with particular wants: a three-legged beagle combine, {a partially} blind Chihuahua and a deaf Australian shepherd-border collie combine. “I take into account it my mission to assist individuals undertake these dogs,” Rappaport says.
