Young woman sexually assaulted by fake Uber driver, say police
Toronto police are searching for a person in his 30s who’s alleged to have sexually assaulted a younger woman after claiming to be her Uber driver.
The woman, 19, obtained into the person’s white minivan on the night of April 28 close to the intersection of Madison Avenue and Bloor Road West.
Police say the person then drove her to a secluded space within the Mount Nice Street and Bloor Road East space and assaulted her.
She was in a position to struggle him off and escape.
Now police are searching for a person with brief, unkempt brown hair, mild brown pores and skin, with a medium construct.
