Oakville man, 29, faces 10 charges after downtown shooting

A 29-year-old Oakville man is dealing with a number of charges because the investigation continues into an early Friday morning shooting in downtown Toronto. Police say a weapon was fired twice at a big crowd of individuals within the space of King and Portland streets at round 2:50 a.m. There have been no accidents reported.  Instantly following the shooting, two suspects fled on foot, northbound on Portland Avenue and west on Adelaide Avenue West, after which entered a black four-door sedan with dark-tinted home windows.  The suspect, who was arrested on Saturday, faces ten charges, together with uttering dying threats, tried murder, and breach of probation.  He was scheduled to look in courtroom at Previous Metropolis Corridor on Sunday. Investigators are in search of a second man who was with the accused.  He’s described as 5 toes six inches to 5 toes seven inches, clean-shaven with quick darkish hair and thick eyebrows.
