QEW crash in Mississauga sends 6 to hospital, closes highway in both directions

An early morning crash on the QEW has despatched six individuals to hospital and prompted police to shut the highway in both directions in Mississauga. The Toronto-bound lanes of QEW are closed at Hurontario Road, whereas the Fort Erie-bound lanes are closed at Dixie Highway. Ontario Provincial Police say the highway’s reopening time is just not but unknown.
