Heather Locklear Sued Wished Death By AIDS On EMT’s Kids 11/1/2018 4:08 PM PDT EXCLUSIVE Heather Locklear was vicious, violent and wished loss of life by AIDS on the youngsters of an EMT that was putting her on a gurney throughout her June arrest … so says the EMT is a newly filed lawsuit. Jennifer Hayn-Hiton — a single mom of three — was working as an EMT on June 24 when she was dispatched to Locklear’s L.A. residence for a disturbance name. Hayn-Hiton claims Locklear grew to become verbally and bodily abusive throughout the incident, kicking her and inflicting damage. Based on the docs — filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ — Locklear additionally wished loss of life on the EMT’s three minor kids from AIDS.  Hayn-Hiton says the accidents by the hands and toes of Locklear brought about her to overlook work and missed and, because of this, her paycheck shrunk. TMZ broke the story — Locklear was charged with interfering with legislation enforcement and battery. She was hospitalized 24 hours after her launch from jail for an obvious overdose … and she’s been in rehab ever since. Hayn-Hiton’s lawyer, Kevin Flahavan, tells us, “This has taken an incredible toll on our shopper and her kids. When Ms. Locklear went to rehab, we had hoped that she would find out about making amends to these she had harmed.” He continues, “We now have reached out to her and she ignored us time and time once more.
