Man arrested in Pickering after allegedly trying to hit pedestrians with his car
Durham police are trying to piece collectively why man allegedly tried to hit pedestrians with his car in a Pickering parking zone on Friday night time.
Nobody was injured in the incident, which occurred close to Boston Pizza on Brock Highway in Pickering.
The person, 21, of Scarborough, was arrested and has been granted bail on 4 costs: harmful operation of a motorcar, failure to comply with recognizance, breach of recognizance and possession of a schedule I substance.
Police stated in a information launch that they had been known as to the scene at 11:18 p.m. after a driver was noticed trying to plow into pedestrians deliberately.
