Jeff Bridges hypes new ‘Big Lebowski’ project: sequel or Super Bowl ad?

Jeff Bridges shared a 15-second clip to his Twitter Thursday morning displaying him in character as The Dude from the Coen Brothers’ 1998 cult traditional “The Huge Lebowski.” The Oscar-winner seems to be at a restaurant, minimize to a tumbleweed rolling down a red-carpeted road — and a teaser flash of this date: 2/3/19. As so usually occurs, the collective web promptly responded by having a meltdown. “Can’t be residing previously, man. Keep tuned,” reads the tweet, which has already been shared almost 25,000 instances. Rumors have been circulating for years that co-star John Turturro is quietly filming a “Huge Lebowski” spinoff — and now it appears sure that one thing is within the works, though it could possibly be as small as a Super Bowl industrial.
